  A very good airport. Come here again this year (2018) I think this airport just more awesome. Here is Terminal 4 and it's very good. You can use automated immigration and automated boarding. So many sign, large, clean and cool. This is the best airport.

  The airport is great, the personals friendliness are mostly average. They do have great shops, foods and entertainment. But the airport is very huge with 4 terminals. With English you can communicate with almost everyone, but don't expect a good language skills.

  I love Changi Airport. We had an 8 hour layover here, and the time flew by so quickly. Make sure if your here for over 5 hours, that you check out the free Singapore Tours that they have running every few hours. They're great, because you get to get out of the airport and actually look around properly. They have two different tours that you can go on, i think ones a heritage tour and the other is like a night tour? We went on the heritage tour and loved it. It was great. You even get to get off the bus, which is something you normally don't get to do on quick, couple hour tours! Changi Airport never disappoints.
