  I've went through quite a few laundry services in singapore as im constantly looking for those with good customer service & timing delivery arrangements. Cottoncare has done with especially with Customer Service, namely the representative that has given me very good service attitude & accommodate with my requests. Anything else was good, but the slight improvement is needed for the minor ironing of bedsheets, otherwise i would have given a full 5 Star.

  It was good for the first few times i used them, but the last 2 times there were no show for collection even though timing was allocated. Customer service never attempted to sort of the issues. I would never use them again. TERRIBLE!

  I've used Cotton Care for years. Tried others before but just don't get the same level of service, price and convenience of getting your laundry picked up and delivered without any extra charges. Many times they would call or message me with pictures whenever there are defects found on my items and get my consent before going ahead. When my trench coat's buttons dropped off from drycleaning (on two separate occasions), they made sure they found similar replacements and sew them back for me even though it wasn't their fault.

  Contacted Cotton Care for the dry cleaning service of 15 animal onesies and one mascot for work. The price was reasonable and Claudine, the staff who is my POC, is not only polite, but she replies very efficiently and is willing to go the extra mile to answer my queries. The delivery man was polite as well, and made sure to verify every piece of item with me before taking them for cleaning. Invoice of payment is also done well. The company is also responsible, as they bothered to notify any prior defects to my items before dry cleaning them and making sure to ask for my confirmation before going ahead. Even when the delivery is back, the delivery man was also meticulous in making sure all my items are back (correct no. good packaging) before leaving. Claudine also made sure to follow up with me, making sure that my experience was good with them. Top notch service, very polite staff. Worth sticking to using their service in the future
