  Terrible service from the sale guy in the TV department!! Courts megastore does not have stocks for a particular TV model and I asked the staff to check which outlet has it and was told that NEX has 7 units. Took a cab all the way here and was greeted by a 'can't be bothered chinese spectacle guy'. And he told me that the model was out of stock here! Come on Courts!! How many system do you have??!! After that tell me in a unfriendly tone: "Jurong Point has one last piece, you want or not?" Seriously!!! And beware!! The listed promo price at this store is $100 more than what megastore sells!!! And he still dare to tell me that this is last week's promo!! I showed him the photo and told him I came from Tampines just 20mins ago! What last week??!! COURTS!! Don't make your costomer do a wild goose chase all over Singapore!!

  Bad customer service, a lot of misleading information and then screwup product delivery. Piece of advice, if you really want to buy from here, you must drill all information in black and white, dont take words as guarantee. Its a total bad experience and disaster for me with this branch.

  Poor customer service, although the outlet is quite huge. Visit Tampines Courts if you intend to do serious buys

  Impatient staff, bad attitude, poor service. If you need advice from the stuff on your purchase , it is better to go elsewhere.

  Big courts outlet, although not as big as that in Toa Payoh.
