::Brought my curtains to the Seletar Mall branch for cleaning and we collected around 9days later after receiving a sms from them. We did not put up the curtains after collection as it was a weekday. When we managed to put up during the weekend, we found a huge long hole on 1 of the 2 pcs curtain. We were very shocked as it was so big that one could not have missed it. Brought back and feedbacked to the staff, reply was that the material was very old and used thus will have chance to tore. Indicated to us that we did sign on the invoice/receipt that during cleaning process, our items may get torn/stain etc. When we send in they were perfect in 2pcs. After wash, 1 was torn with a huge hole. And best part of all, they did not even inform customer of the damage beforehand and even asked us to collect. Been a regular customer and this will be the last to patronize.

::Don't even deserved 1 star. Our 1st and last patronizing to this shop at Seletar Mall. Sent suit for cleaning. Expect it to come back with a nice ironing on it. But was not! Called and feedback, the replied was due to the material of our suit. Speechless! Obviously they nv did a good job. The blame was because of the material of our suit. Anyway we bought it from Zara. Also cost few hundred thought no thousands...

::If there was an option for 0 star rating, that would certainly be my case for this review. I have been living abroad and sending my winter jacket for regular dry cleaning services, and have not faced any issues till date. Bearing in mind that the dry cleaning shop which I had frequented is a rundown shop in a neighborhood, in comparison to your seemingly reputable shop which charges at a premium (50% above market rate) - I find it an utter disappointment at the service provided. I had sent in the SAME winter jacket for dry cleaning at your shop recently and the state of the jacket is currently damaged and irreversible. To which, your staff has simply refuted at the fact that it is made in China (suggesting inferior material as the cause of damage). Even if it is really a case of true wear and tear, rather then a case of negligence on your dry cleaner's part, there was no offer of repayment nor any apology extended as a form of customer service. This is really unacceptable and poor customer service all in all.

::Not good at all , wonder how they survive in such a premium location.. they don't even know if the service can be done. Adopts a wait see attitude but demands for money and excessively long wait time.. would not recommend.

::LOUSIEST DRY CLEANING EVER!!! reject my gown never even inform me! Just tell me that "oh the factory dont want clean". Staff keep saying they called me but i dont even have a single missed call for the past week! Then give me the excuses ooh we cant read your number properly! Wasted my 1 week waiting time!!! Return money also return wrong amount! Dont ever go there, u just gonna waste your time!
