  Well connected MRT is literally a stone throw frim Esparina. Kopitiam, NTUC, shops just across the road, yet the place is quiet away from the hustle and bustle of human and vehicular traffic. For those driving, it is accessible via CTE, KPE & TPE. Place is windy as it is unblock facing underground MRT. Facilities are awesome; Olympic length pool, separate, kids playpool, gym, outdoor hot jacuzzi pool, steam room, teppanyakki ponderosa.

  Facility for kids pool side very good.

  1-2 mins to MRT, great accessibility from 3 main highway (CTE, TPE , KPE). Amenities shop just beside ( coffee shop, clinics, etc). Plan to build integrated center right opposite the condo in 2018 ( hawker centre/ integrated mall etc)

  Was not quite finished when I visited a friend here but it was a really nice place. The apartments are well designed and there is a lot of nice facilities like a pool, a tennis court, a gym and another pool.
