  Worst service EVER!!! Company should be called First rate liars spore Pte Ltd. LIED to me that their courier came to deliver and I wasn't home when I was sitting on the couch waiting for them the whole time. Lied that i didnt answer call but zero phone call from them. Called them to bring up the issue, served by a rude and unhelpful receptionist who asked me to send email. So lazy to even refer my call to the in charge. Only when I got upset and pushed for it, they called only an HOUR later. The in-charge had the cheek to lie that the item would arrive between 2-8pm today. I have yet to receive my item. He even slammed the phone to end the call. Engage this courier company if you want to be served by rude incompetent liars, have your items delivered very late/perpetually out for delivery but never reach you.
