  A decent hotel at a decent place. The hotel staff is very friendly. As one of the rooms were empty, they let me check in early. The room size is good and the beds are comfortable. Also, you can get change for big currency notes at the reception. There are 2 bus stops nearby this hotel and both are just a step away from this place. Incase you need any ticket for any show or attraction, everything is there at the reception desk.

  Avoid this hotel at all cost. Bad service. Front desk not helpful. Lift cant open on few floors. We need to be transferred to another fragrance hotel. We need to carry and drag the luggages ourselves across the street.

  少し古いがまぁ清潔です。蟻少々出ます。立地が不便で、MRT Novenaから歩くと、丘を越えないと辿り着けません。Toa Payohからも結構あります。バスかタクシー利用となります。

  Accessible, Clean, Safe, friendly staff and Convenient place to stay! We'll definitely go back to this Hotel!

  It's a basic no frills budget hotel. There r tea/coffee making facilities and also a hair dryer. There is a nearby hawker centre with reasonable prices - the Balestier market. Easy access via bus as the bus stop is just next door. The double bed room was a bit cramped but okay for a quick stay
