  Went to the shop on the 5th June ard 1pm and had a really distasteful experience there. The staff either were not interested in selling watches or they were lacking in product knowledge. Being a repeated baby g user, I knew there were different features among series. While I enquired about the watches, the response I get were simply, "they are all normal watches with normal features, all the same, nothing special." They proceed to talk among themselves and then do their own work, while other potential customers just walked in an out. I enquired about other watches and was given answers that was not helpful, for example, "like that lor". The sales staff did not bother to explain. She seemed unwilling to reply to my questions. Eventually i had to rely on google to give me better answers to help me choose my watch. I had no qualms about the products, but the customer services here is seriously bad. @ serangoon nex mall outlet

  Called up requesting for availability and pricing of a new arrival stock of Casio GA100BBN. Male staff answered in the affirmative, made my way down and he was helpful on the differences between the models I was interested in. A very pleasant and smooth purchase experience.

  Distracted Female Manager(?) was too busy with her own logistics and acted as if I was in her way of her work (and can't wait to shoo me out) in my shopping for and purchase of a $200+ watch. Appalling service standards; shopping experience was marred for what was to be a good watch day. And one wonders why retail is dead in Singapore. Try another more attentive G-Factory outlet or buy from Amazon, guys.

  Ok service
