::Nice hotel. Shops are a bit of a walk. Nearest convenience store is far to walk at petrol service station. Also MRT train is far walk. Lovely restaurants in hotel. Breakfast is very good

::Fabulous location. Room was spacious although with no overhead light, it was quite a dark room. Housekeeping were efficient & friendly. Unfortunately the TV kept freezing which was frustrating. Having said that, I would stay again as these are minor issues & the location out weighed everything else. Highly recommend.

::The location is great. Has got great connectivity with dedicated bus stop. Good restaurant on the ground floor. They give you a handy phone with which you can call anyone across the globe for free and surf internet as well. Overall, an awesome place to stay!!

::I went to attend a buffet a few days ago at this hotel. The food was good, and the desserts were even better. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was also quite homey. I found it quite amazing to see people of different culture and origins at this hotel as well. My visit to this hotel was short, but it left a lasting impression.

::Was at Grand Copthorne Waterfront to view possible conference venues for a company event. Event manager hosting my colleague and I was so very helpful in showing us around. Much of a higher standard then other venues we viewed that day; greeted us at the door, offered drinks, showed us more possible locations that we never thought we would want. Giving 4 Stars because I am unfortunately unable to choose that venue, and unable to experience first hand the service offered. However, I am very much confident the level of service would expand to other areas of the hotel. Definitely a high recommendation.
