  Reasonable pricing especially for helmets, handphone holders and raincoats. The dude tending at the shop is definitely not the approachable type though. Super sarcastic and will somehow put you off. Had a better experience at shops in Kaki Bukit.

  I'm not sure how to rate this place. The selection and prices are reasonable. The customer service experience will take some getting used to though. It almost feels like the guy there is reluctant to interact with customers seeking information or trying on gear. Once a purchase decision has been indicated though he becomes much friendlier and genuinely helpful. I witnessed a very loud and assisted shouting argument while I was there because someone found his attitude too rude. I just think the guy lacks people skills but is an ok dude. Just be tolerant and focus on your product needs and you'll be good. Hope this helps avoid further misunderstandings. I bought a helmet and gloves so I voted with my wallet hahaha.

  If possible to give zero star then I will give it. When I called them to ask the price, only received answer "Price is 500 plus". Then I asked again, for exact number (for sure if you want to buy, you need to now the exact price), only received another same price "price is 500 plus....". As a sincere buyer, sure I will ask again, what is exact number of 500+? only got scolded "It's 500+! you want to compare the price izit?".... As buyer, just want to hang up the phone and look for other seller..... speechless..... I bought few helmets from them last time, the service was good. Not too sure what happened now.....

  Not sure about the negative reviews here but my experience yesterday was pretty pleasant. The sales attendant (a Chinese guy, didn't ask for his name) was helpful and guided me in selecting a suitable helmet (I'm a learner and has not much experience) and had a few conversations on bikes. I agreed that he might be straightforward but the points given was valid and true, i guess being a customer sometimes we had to put ourselves in their shoes and look at a different perspectives. Cheers!
