  Unsatisfactory level of service by the staff named chen feng. I expect something more better from reputed company of your standard.i hope you will take necessary action to prevent such service in the future.

  Hotel is situated in a very accesaible area. Just in front of bus stop that will bring you to the city center. There are many stores and restaurants around the area. The room and bathroom are small but very clean. Very quiet inside even along main road of Balestier.
