  Despite of the notorious location, this hotel is very nice and clean and the street Lorong 20 is actually not a busy street. You need to walk around a hundred meters to the main street where bus shelter, mini markets, shops and restaurants are there. MRT station is 10 mnt away.

  Clean modern quiet room. Nice area walking distance to good food. Great value, nice staff. I recommend!

  Fair value for money. Budget stay. Be aware that's 'red lights district' area - very safe around though. Room small, compact bathroom. Lack of convenient space to unpack luggage. Safe box, kettle, hairdryer, cable TV, WiFi all working perfectly. Clean, tidy. Staff friendly and professional. Note - extending your stay or booking on site is 10-15 % cheaper than online.

  Good budget hotel in a good location. Close to MRT station (Aljunied) & bused. Adequate room, bed was good, amenities, awkward bathroom with toilet, sink & shower all cramped but workable (shower with hot water all day & good flow), smart TV (you can stream movies, etc), very clean, housekeeping very good. Lot of eateries close by. Area was good & didn’t feel at all like we in red district indicated in other reviews. We didn’t see any activities. Then again ever Hotel has these activities some very evident some not. The only complaint is that it was quite noisy in the hallway specially at night. Also the noise came from housekeeping staff early in the morning. The walls are thin. Management need to address this issue. For me this is a deal breaker.

  Modern interior design and a clean hotel at affordable price. Smart tv in the room and luggage storage service are value added. The room a bit small (without fridge) but still comfortable. However, I've problem with the water heater that the water suddenly turn to very hot in the midst of my shower and it hurt! It happens few times. Other than the water heater, I do enjoy my stay.
