  This is a bad hotel, they do not offer any room service even when asked. It was 1am in the morning, the hotel was not busy, I saw 3 workers behind the desk and they were “too busy” to help me with my 4 luggage’s that I had to carry to the 4th floor by myself. Also, the water is very cold when taking a shower or bath. Terrible customer service and the hotel worker laughed at me when I requested help. Will not come here again and I do not recommend others to stay here.

  Location is great with gastronomic experience just a stone throw away. Staff is warm and friendly.

  The room is huge however, you will get stained bath tubs and cracked basin. Wooden furniture. But the price for that size of room is worthwhile.

  Fire alarm went off three times a night due to other guests smoking. Windows impossible to open with very bad air in the rooms. But the worst is they clean the room very late around 4 to 6 pm so I get disturbed every time when I come back to take a rest. Even though I told them to clean my room earlier they still didn’t do that. Apart from that toilets are really dirty bathroom as well. Really not worth the money.

  Good hotel at a decent rate per night. Rooms are decent and it also has a pool. Local food joints are just next door and it is close to shopping areas. But little away from main attractions which hasnt bothered us as connected with bus facility.
