::Very bad service... very rude staff... I asked whether there is a screw for my carbon aero stem cover which I could purchase... I was totally appalled when the staff responded with an arrogant look and asking me why I bought a bike without a screw... I smiled, shook my head and walked away... obviously, I was conversing with an idiot... with that response, I would gladly purchase any screw to tighten his brain instead, so that he will not shame his parents, community and country ever again with rude and idiotic response to a simple query... KH Cycle just lost another customer.

::Very poor service. I call them asking if they had a spare part for my crank set. They confirmed hey had it. When I went they didn't have it and only sold the entire set that tried to push on me.. over $1.5k vs $70..

::Very bad service. Went there with the intention to get a new bike but the staff can seem to care. Not even sure if they are keen on doing business. Not convince to buy anything there.
