  Decent mid level hotel at the fringe of the CBD. Rooms were recently refurbished and because the building is older, its room size is superior to the other newer hotels. The Singaporean fares at the Level 1 restaurant is really tasty. Still don't get why they do not have a sliding door or doorman at the entrance (was told it is actually the back entrance).

  Room is clean, smells pleasant! Bathroom is spacious! The staff are friendly and informative! Location is wonderful! Just 3 mins to walk to the train station. Great food is all around M hotel!! The breakfast could really do some improvements!! Would stay again!

  Close to all the amenities and in a great position to reach the airport. Very quiet rooms. The furniture though is a bit impersonal and looks old. Breakfast tries to make every culture happy but falls short in terms of quality. The bed and the pillows were kinda hard and I struggled to sleep well.

  Nice chic rooms.. Exactly as the name states - LOFT room.. Loved the concept of Seating at the entrance level and bedroom on the loft. Nice service - no issues (which makes it nice service in itself). Nice breakfast buffet with lot of Choices for non-vegetarian. Very very limited choices for the vegetarians but manageable. Overall a recommendable hotel.

  you don't find a grand high ceiling at reception. Person who attended me at the check in counter was not welcoming, she just behaved like a public transport ticket counter staff. There was no life guard at the pool area though the pool was 2meter(7 feet) deep. at least an attendant is recommended in this case. Everyone is expected to be at the breakfast area at 8am to have opportunity to see all the options. as the time goes by, you wont find a place to sit and will be left with very limited options. There were no name plates for many of the food items. how would a vegetarian know it has meat or not with out the name or a red/greed tag. They don't refill items after 9:30am though the buffet closes only at 10am. The breakfast area is very small compared to the number of rooms they have. The Jacuzzi is not cleaned. for how long i am not sure. but we witnessed parts of dragon flies in it. its the only facility that kids can use. but they don't maintain it properly. it deserves only 3star.
