  Standing there for 10 mins, the staff is on phone talking and doesn't bother im standing in front of him. After 'hang up the phone, im asking him for iPhone X but he replied all has been reserved by others. Poor and Unprofessional services!!!

  I was told to wait although no other customer was at the store. 10 mins later a guy came in and was served right away. Regret that I decided to go to the store even after seeing the bad reviews. Service is just horrible!

  I went here today to purchase a SIM card for my phone. I paid $28 dollars for 5gb of Singtel data. When I tried to use my data Singtel told me I only purchased 5mb. When I returned to the shop I was told it was my fault and that I would have to take it up with Singtel , which is wrong as I purchased the same product a week ago elsewhere and it was fine. They are cheats don't use them !!
