::A beautiful hotel, but I've deducted a rating point for the staff who is not quite helpful when it comes to early check in. So make sure you reach at 2 pm itself. In case you're early, they will offer you a higher category room at additional charge (the lady in front of me in the queue was offered a room in the category I had booked, she declined, yet I was told that my room wasn't available for early check-in). Check in woes apart, I really enjoyed my stay here. The amenities in the room, the wonderful location of the hotel and the beautiful decor all make sure I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Singapore!

::This 5 star hotel but seems like 4 star one. So crowded with tourist and people come around not only for staying, but for shopping and some for passing by (shortcut walk). The room renovation has not finished so there are so many type of same-class rooms from un renovated to the newest (and you can pay more for it). During my stay, my room was renovated one, but still, the shower inside the bathtub, so ridiculous. One advantage of the hotel is that it offers competitive price for 5 star hotel and it is in the center of orchard road. I hope they could do more with facilities and make better room.

::Good breakfast buffet. Great service and big rooms. Always clean. Service staff is wonderful. Gym is great and relatively quiet. I’ve stayed here multiple times and have always enjoyed it.
