Never come here. Staff DO NOT give a care about any of your pets. They are just here to have money and I am honestly disgusted that this place is still in business. Seriously, go somewhere else NEVER patronize this money making scheme treating animals as products. There are many other vets around here instead.

Called in during an emergency to check which outlet is closest to my area. Guy (Filipino or sth) told me to "Google it." Thanks for nothing, bro. I went to Stars Veterinary @ Hougang instead.

UNETHICAL BUSINESS WHICH PRETENDS TO BE PRO-ADOPTION. Absolutely disgusting attitude by the Mt Pleasant staff (Serangoon North). This entire store is run by Filipinos who are incredibly condescending towards rescuers. When you enter the store, they pretend not to see you, but soon burst into fake happy voices when another customer appears, and start cuddling the customer's pet. Once the customer leaves, they revert back to their snooty, snappy attitude. Why pretend to support stray rescue programmes if your staff behave otherwise? Obviously Mt Pleasant is trying to boost its image by pretending that it is 'pro adoption' when what it actually wants is the marketing publicity. Just do a quick search online and you'll see other similar experience by pet owners. Unethical business. Stay away!

Friendly and Helpful Doctors and staff. They certainly show care and concern for the patients that they see and I have seen them go the extra mile to help, especially in difficult times when your 4 legged companion is in pain. Waiting times in the evening can be a bit long so be prepared for a wait.

Consultation fee are more expensive as compared to other vets that I've been to. Medicines for my bunny are not flavoured and she hates it. But overall my bunny seems to be better after the medication.
