  Disappointed experience. I had a painful swollen gum due to my wisdom toothache. Difficulty in talking, eating and sleeping due to the pain. X-ray done and medicine given to relief the pain. After I settled the bill and walk out of the clinic then I realize that I wasn't given a MC. I went back to the clinic again to ask for it to prove that I'm not fit for work. The clinic assistant said they couldnt provide MC for non surgical procedure. And only time sheet can be given. Time sheet for the time I step in and out of the clinic only.I'm shocked and angry because it goes to show your doctor or clinic expect a patient who is in great pain to go back to work??! I didnt visit your dentist for polishing my tooth and btw not every company accept time sheet. This would be the first and last time I visit the clinic and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

  The doctors and nurses are sincerely caregivers and always make my visits very comfortable. Plus, the appt reminders are useful. (:

  This guys really professional and caring for sure. Would definitely recommend people to go. But I have a case of extract of wisdom tooth which total cost of it is about $7k - $2k medisave. Still.. $5k to extract out 4 wisdom tooth. Better to check and ask properly for hidden cost etc but you burn a big hole in the pocket. This is a real case that happen recently. I'm bringing it up not because I'm unhappy with the price but the least to let you all out there to know, it may happen and it does happen.

  I had my dental visit at Nuffield Dental Kovan couple of days back. The experience was excellent and I would rate them 5/5. The level of care and affection they show towards each patient is commendable. It is always nice to see someone smiling and greeting you the moment you walk-in. Their service is not only of high standards but also affordable. I would highly recommend this clinic to each and every friend of mine. Before starting the procedure, Dr. Chan explained in detail about the wisdom tooth removal process, followed by the diet to follow for the next week and the follow-up visit information. No one would consult or give out information for free but Nuffield Dental dentists do share a lot of information on the procedure. They are highly knowledgeable. Keep up the beautiful work. You help us regain the lost smile. Thank you :)

  Yesterday I decided to try this new dental clinic out with my family. Looks very small from the outside, but it is rather big inside and very spacious. Both my wife and son was greeted by very polite staff and that itself was a very nice and warm feeling. My cleaning was pretty straightforward and the dentist Dr Chan was very gentle and patient. There is this new thing she is using, which my previous dentist didn't use on me and it removed all my coffee stains like magic. I need an implant at the back and the nice thing about it was that I was given a few options and it was obvious which one was going to be best for me. Truly appreciate this experience as my son has always been afraid of the dentist and it was the first time he had sat in a dentist place and had his teeth cleaned without making any noise..The other thing is that we rang up and made an appointment on the same day and were quite surprised to be seen immediately as my usual dentist said 3 months time! Good thing too..i hardly get a day off and it was well spent! will recommend this clinic to my friends and family Keep it up...
