::I stayed one night staycation with my boys during the March school holiday and they love it very much! The room is pleasant and clean. Aircon is quiet and very comfortable. Checking in and out is relatively seamless. They also provide complimentary overnight parking. Can't comment on the food as the hotel is located right beside Velocity @ Novena Sq, making it easy for us to have wider selection of food. However, I did not give full 5 stars due to the following reasons:- 1) Less 0.5 star - Small study table. Difficult to do work. 2) Less 0.5 star - Bathroom and toilet are sharing the same door, not used to it.

::Extremely poor service from the front desk. My room reservation was confirmed for a queen-sized bed superior room for check in today, on the 16th April. Before heading over, I called the hotel to check on the earliest check in time and even provided them with my booking details. The front desk staff mentioned that we can check in anytime after 2pm. Upon reaching the hotel at 2pm, the front desk told us that we are only able to check in an hour later if we wanted a room with a queen sized bed. We even have to pay an additional parking fee as the parking coupon is only available to us upon checking out. It was an extremely unpleasant experience for us.

::Great service, celebrated my girlfriend's birthday there over the weekend with a party. A cake was sent to our room with a letter that wished her a blessed birthday. They were able to provide a warm and extensive welcome. Though the facilities like the gym was small, it was sufficient. The check out was fast and efficient, just like the location it was convenient. The hotel is surrounded my shopping malls and has an mrt easily accessible from the hotel through Basement 3.

::Went to the hotel restaurant, marmalade pantry. Good service, decent food. Complimentary small whole cake as we were celebrating a birthday (brought our own cake, but was told not allowed to consume outside food in their premises).

::The staff are great. Room was a bit too small for my liking. Overall the service was great and the staff goes the extra mile to make you happy. Good location as well.
