  Just changed my bank book on 29May17 by queuing for more than half an hr, after which only updated two pages till 14Jun17. On 20Jun17 went to update again, massage showed page of book put wrongly as wasn't, so put in again and took awhile to update but to my surprise that it had gone to last line of 4th page only updated one date and had gone all the way to last page to update, so mean I have to change the bank book again, it was 7.10pm, I approached the Cisco officer as he asked me to go on the next day, I asked for a bank staff for help, he came n said the bank was closed and asked me to go the next day, I said mean I have to queue again and he said yes. Oh my, not my fault I have to make another trip to the bank and follow the half an hour to one hour queue. I think the staffs at Nex branch have to work on their servicing and handling customers. This is not the first or second encounter bad service by them.

  "OCBC Counter Services and Premier Banking Services is round the corner to each other." I came at a time where there is hardly anyone around and their services is tops.

  This branch is perpetually crowded. Waiting for 1 hr is a norm. Instead of opening more counters to cater for accounts purposes, previous seating area was converted to cater for investment counters. Totally got their priority wrong. Branch manager should be monitoring the crowd flow and divise more creativity and productive solutions to these long queues. Rather than just say that 'here long is the norm'. Totally disappointed.
