  Went to the Picket & Rail Showroom at Tagore Ln and bought a dining set. Love the collection of the furniture. Appreciate the helpfulness of the sales person Jialing. Recommend to come here to take a look..=)

  Showroom has a wide range of products with good finishing. Gail, who assisted us, was very knowledgeable about her products and was extremely helpful and patient with us. She is also very approachable and attentive and made our experience there an enjoyable one!

  my wife and i came to the showroom to look for a dining table set. we were served by Ms Gail Zhang. she was extremely helpful and patient with our questions. we even shifted the furniture around to see if the chairs and table matched! at no point in time during Gail's service was she pushy or hard selling. we ended up purchasing a set and can't wait for the delivery! happy customer here! -Afzal

  Picket & Rail Showroom & HQ has a wonderful selection of quality and beautiful furniture! What really sets them apart from the other showrooms are their extremely dedicated staff. In particular, my wife and I would like to commend Gail on her excellent services, care, patience and expertise as she guided us through our purchases over our repeated visits. 10/10, highly recommended.

  Fantastic show rooms factory style! We had not been before but heard about it from a friend. It is well worth going out to the HQ showrooms they have an outlet section and 3 other rooms all full of artwork, furniture and great feature pieces for the home. Beautiful woods and quality finishings we bought a few key pieces at great prices. Ask for Gail in the main room she was a gem at showing us around and giving advice!
