  Pasta was undercooked (stiff) and too oily. Soup came without spoons Zero service, only 2 service staff and 1 cashier. I had to self-help utensils. After asking for water 3 times, when placing the order and reminding twice thereafter, i had to march to the counter and refuse to leave without water and cups, by the time we are already halfway theough the meal

  It's a wonderful place in the local neighbourhood to have a mini Christmas celebration.

  Slow service, yucky soup and spilled coffee. Enough said.

  Very bad experience. I ordered an Ocean Delight pizza and I received it. I initially thought it was wrong as there was no squid or tuna on it. I called the Pizza Hut hotline and described the pizza to the Customer Service Officer. The CSO said that she will get someone to call me back. 5 Minutes later, the "Manager" called back and I described the pizza to him. He then said that he would send another one over as it was wrong. When the new pizza arrived, it was exactly the same as the old one. So the delivery man called the manager and he was very rude. He claims that he is the real manager and he demanded to know who called back in the first place. Tried to tell him nicely that we didn't know and we explained to him on the phone that we could not see any visible signs of seafood on the pizza. HE THEN SAID THAT SINCE WE WANT TO SEE THE SQUID RINGS, HE CAN MAKE A SPECIAL ORDER FOR US AND SEND US A PIZZA FULL OF SQUID RINGS. Bad service. Would not recommend ordering from this branch. Contacted pizza hut support but they did not return my email. Disappointing service overall.
