  This was my first time here, just for scaling and polishing. That was fast and okay. At the end of it, the dentist told me I had 11 cavities in my mouth and quoted me about $1100 for the treatment (each filling will cost about 90 - 100). Plus, he said that I must remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth because 'it is hard to brush' (I have never had a problem with them). Needless to say, I put my next appointment on hold to get a second opinion. The other dentist could not find a single cavity even after an x-ray! Now, this is just representative of a single dentist under this company but I won't be going back anytime soon. FYI, the price of scaling and polishing will cost you $96.30 ($10 for sterilization & disposables, $80 for scaling & polishing, and GST)

  Was surprised at the other negative reviews. Had my wisdom tooth extracted here on 2 separate occasions & both were very positive experiences. The doctors were patient & the procedures were pain-free (my biggest concern).😱 Today I met Dr Yap who explained to me my wisdom tooth situation in great detail. I appreciate that v much. Plus prices are reasonable - in fact, cheaper than other private clinics I’ve been to.

  Doctor is very impatient and slip shod in the scaling and polishing. This is despite an empty clinic. I have gone to several dentist before and I know a terrible job when I see one. Since you are already paying so much for an appointment I expect better services and taking time to explain to you what the heck is going on with the pain.

  Like to refer patients to own inhouse specialist. Earn a referral fee, without solving patient's swelling from an injection given 2 weeks ago. Who created the pblm in the first place? Expect to pay another specialist consultation fee $200 even before treatment starts. Then pay another $500 for treatment. Despair....went to queue for 3 hrs to see govt dentist, spent $150 for good treatment. This co only for the rich and those like dracula.

  Diagnosis is given without properly explaining the cause. The doctor seems to be jumping to conclusion and appear impatient.
