  The library is centrally located in the Serangoon next plaza in level 4 R. It is modern and equipped well with the books . There are several TOP books in good topics available here both in fiction and non fiction side . The kids collection is very large and informative . Wifi is available in the premises. No food is allowed inside . Water can be taken in . The library staff are accommodative and kind . The library some times becomes too crowded especially during the exam season . Other than that it is a place worth your visit in this area.

  First visit to this library .. Environment is too noisy and no one actually do anything about it. Kids shouting across the library, teenagers talking loudly & babies crying.

  I like this place it is convenience for studying as well the program area is well organised

  Many seats that are always full nice space to hang outside small library
