  Super super slow service. The parcels counter need more staff. Super long queue becos of that.

  Did a change of receiver name for western union and was advised by service ambassador that it will take about 2 hrs for change to be effected. I trusted the advice and informed relevant party to receive after the advised timing. The party ended making a wasted trip because the change was not effected and I called up western union HQ and was told that there were no request to change receiver name at their end. This was one bad experience enough ruin my day.

  Service fail!! It's a one-star review because nothing less was an option. I have used Vpost five times and service standards have been abysmal. SINGAPORE Post, do yourselves a big favour and have your call centre based in Singapore, manned by Singaporeans. You have to disown your India branch because all they have are empty promises for your paying customers. Each of the several times I called regarding my purchases, I was promised a call back by a given time but, I never got the call. They are also completely clueless on how to handle a customer complaint.

  Pretty bizarre service from a public service organisation. 1. They opened up 5 min late 2. Long queue all the way to the corridor, only 2 persons serving on a Monday peak morning. 3. I came to collect my passport. They asked me to put it in the tray on the far left. Nobody there. No wonder the reviews for the post office are terrible.

  Service is very slow. 2 people at the counter on a saturday!? I have been waiting for almost an hour. DO NOT COME HERE ON A SATURDAY. get more people to work here on a saturday! Come on!
