  The insurance sales girl is a pest. Can she go away? I am just trying to collect my package. Nobody goes to the post office with any intent to buy insurance. She wears a polo t-shirt with the SingPost logo on it, and pretends to be the post office staff. "Hi sir, are you collecting your package today?" Hi sir your head ah.

  Really disappointed for the counter service staff today 19-10-2017 i going Toa Payoh central collect for my item .... the staff I forget ask here name she look short hair and slim, I asking my item can collect she said the item haven’t arrive ya... I call here check for me inside, she go. But I saw here just go in and talk to the other person then com out tell me not arrive ya .. and even never check here system too... after that I go off... but I go track the two item system show two item is ready to collection. This person show me she not passion doing here job ....

  More training the staff! Today i go down around 4pm to renewal my daughter passport. I am the mother. why i must bring go down my husband to your place .this is location is not ICA.i just need send my daughter particular thru ica.and she give me a shock price $80 she just laughed at me while someone else was behind me then i take my ducument
