  This is really the worst salon in Singapore, the waiting time is more than 2 hours even though there was only 4 customers queuing, ridiculous!

  The waiting time is rather long as the hairdressers are mostly foreigners especially from Malaysia and middle aged local aunties. They chat a lot in between cutting hair. Hot air abound.

  Gave me a horrible haircut 2 times now, same barber. Asked for a trim and the same barber ignored my request and cut a bunch away. Asked for a “ high slope “ for both sides of my head, but both sides ended up being uneven. Overall horrible haircut by the same barber twice. I wouldn’t recommend going in for a haircut.

  Had my haircut yesterday, praying that it will not be as bad as what had been described by other reviewers however I was so wrong. My boyfriend and I were the last 2 customers and we both had our hair cut by the only male hairstylist. The guy seem professional at first, asking the hair style I wanted and the hair length I wish to maintain. He chopped off 1-2 inches of my hair and used a shaver to trim the end, all seems well. However the end result was horrendous.. After my haircut, the hairstylist went on to service my boyfriend, while waiting, I noticed my hair was longer on the right side and shorter on the left. I told the hairstylist about it however he insisted that it was even and straight. He said that it looked "uneven" because he used a different trimming method =_= I left without putting a fight because even if he offers to re-cut my hair to make it "straight" he will be cutting off even more of my hair given how short it already is after the first cut. I had to change from center parting to right parting to make the difference less obvious however my colleagues were still commenting on how uneven my hair generally is and how my fringe looks "funny"... When placed side by side, the left side of my hair is shorter by 2cm from the right. I am left speechless by the hair cut and this is by far the worst haircut I ever received, thus my first ever review. Other Snip Avenue outlet were so far alright and some were good but this is just outrageous. P.s my bf had to re-part his hair too and cut off some long weird hair sticking out after the haircut. I will be getting another haircut from a reputable salon tomorrow to try to save the mess the guy created since CNY is around the corner. Cut at your own risk... If you really wish and want to get your hair service here, at least try to get the female staff. Good luck.
