::I bought my roadbike from their bukit timah outlet and have brought it here few times and got good service. The mechanic is very professional and doesnt “suggest” extras like other bike places that just want your money. The shop is not v big but they have a decent collection of both bikes and accessories. Do note that they are closed on sundays. If you are driving, there is an HDB car park on both sides if the road once you turn in from the tampines main road.

::Bad experience here, too. Approached for consideration of bicycle repair, very unfriendly and brusque. A little politeness would go a long way. Buy your bicycles from some other shop, who is prepared to support your purchase. And their bicycles aren't cheap, either.

::I visited the Giant shop at Tampines(Round Market)on a wednesday morning, and what can I say? I've got one of the friendliest and most helpful staff ever in Zac(I'm not sure if its spelt this way). He was keen to help out in any way he could, and he was very patient to answer any of my queries. Many regulars seem to know him by name, and i'll definitely come back again!
