  I have been in this hotel for a week and these are my observations regarding their performance: 1) The rooms were half-damaged and the furniture along with the tiles on the floor were very old. 2) The housekeeping staff is very unruly. They neither maintain the rooms nor helpful. 3) The television did not work and when I asked the receptionist about this, she did not respond. 4) There were an enormous swarm of insects like cockroach, they came from vent and from below the beds. 5) The air-conditioner did not work and there were no fans in the rooms, so we need to keep the windows open. 6) The complimentary breakfast that they offered was very bland and they served no water at the breakfast hall. 7) The Wi-Fi was very slow. It was not child-friendly. They had no car parking facilities. 8) However, on the bright side, the hotel was located in the heart of Little India with easy access to shopping centres and the MRT station.

  Budget hotel.Go for room with 2 beds if you are a couple.located Little India. Complimentary breakfast WiFi Hot water Good location

  We stayed in this hotel about 10 days family with 3 kids. Rooms were good. daily cleaning was there. Sleep was comfortable. Good Ventilation for room. MRT , bus stops are very nearby. Shopping centers are close by. Breakfast menus are repeated. but its OK. Wifi is very good..Iron box they can provide to rooms. we requested 2 days, then we got for 2 hours. Overall complete value for money. we booked through Agoda got good discount also. Good budgetary hotel. Can go for it !...

  Super hotel full of cockroaches. Everywhere you will see only cockroaches. Worst hotel experience in my life.
