  You call them and are put on hold for 8 to 10 minutes. Elevator music also lousy. When and if they finally answer you ask for, like me , Toa Payoh Poly. You get the number and call. Same thing. After 6 rings you have to leave a message. THEY NEVER CALL BACK. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

  I've been trying to call to book appointment fordays and hours and hours and nothing has ever answered the phone even once. Why do you have a phone if no one was there to answer it. Can you hire people to assist patients on the phone who are trying to inquire and book appointments?

  Hi, i am Deaf. I had an appointment at 9.30am and my number queue was 1036. I was not happy with your dentist who was consultation with me just now. She never communicate with me properly even not willing to write down on paper. She asked my guardian instead of me. Oh my please.. If she couldn't write down on paper, why did she able to write down on report paper. There was no difference between report paper and communicate paper. I came all the way and paid it for nothing. It was such as waste my money. Mean you only care about money. Not health.
