  Bought this their filter just this year, water tasted odd and no one dares to drink. They came and service it, draining buckets and buckets of water. Water still taste odd and dries our throat. Kids refuse to use it. Only 1 adult is using occasionally till now. But they insisted to change the filter after 6 months even though not much usage. Machine is very noisy on and off. Have been complaining to them and even spoken to the boss. He insisted that it’s nornal. But it’s disturbing sitting in my living room with it 10 ft away. Like someone snoring just next to you. Then 2 months ago it sudden gashed out water when my girl uses the hot water for her tea and scalded her hands. When I tried again, it splashed intermittently and water flow was disrupting. And suddenly the water was filled with bubbles. Technicians came and said the motherboard is SPOILT! Said need to wait for months to get the board. I followed up but they told me to wait. And I msg them again in Dec17. No respond. I commented in their FB. They heck care. This is really the worst product we’ve bought in our entire lives. Around $800 and worth a scrap. Yet they expect us to take up their maintenance service with filters at $299 per annum. I might as well dump that junk in the bin. It doesn’t even deserve any star. Google, pls provide rating from minus 5 to plus 5. They are definitely minus 4. The one star goes to their polite technicians. This is not the 1st water filter we had, FYI.
