  Cannot accept someone rate this salon as 1 star! Owen is one of the best hair stylist in Serangoon Central! Very professional and creative, hair cutting skill always up to date!

  Owen is very professional and patient in explaining and he doesn't hard sell by pushing hair products. He cuts well and color my raven black hair brown. I'm loyal customer to that shop. He is a outsourced talent from Malaysia.
