  We called for an ambulance non emergency service to sgh. The ambulance driver was speeding on expressway, turned on the siren and tailgating cars. Before the exit we're supposed to exit, the driver was horning at a car in front, flashing high beams and tailgating this car. Though the car didn't give way, but there's no car at other lanes but this AMB driver just insist to force this car infront to give way....until we reached the exit and the road split, the ambulance driver sped up to next to this car and give them a middle finger and shouting vulgarities. I think all these are totally uncalled for. The patient is not in life threatening state, by driving so recklessly, he's putting everyone else at higher risk, including the medical crew behind....and of course, no manners. Your customer is inside your vehicle and you can do such barbaric acts in front of them. Please send your crew for more training. Able to drive does not mean you can be a good ambulance driver. Horrible experience

  Civic Ambulance charges could be slightly higher than some of the ambulance company. However, my service from them was good. They make sure my mother was well taken care during the trips. When the employee speaks well of their boss that also means they are well taken care somehow, it all narrows on individual employees eventually who may disagree. Personally prefers companies with empathy towards needy patients and family, do not wish the boss empathy to abuse. All I can say is this company is not all about money and I did not benefit from them in that manner either.

  I would like to compliment Mr Muthu and Mr Zul for their excellent performance while sending my sister home from NUH yesterday. They exercised extreme care and patience to ensure that my sister got home smoothly. Well done ! Keep up the good service! Thankfully yours, Mr Lim and friends. 3/12/17

  Aweful, heartless, untrained ambulance staff, 3rd world standards. Took the service from NUH to St Patrick near Marine Parade and it was hell for my brother. No emphaty, no sympathy for the sick. My brother was treated like an animal. The chunky female ambulance officer is no way fit to be an ambulance worker, she degraded the standard of medical workers.

  The worst and most unprofessional ambulance services in Singapore we have ever taken. No emphaty, no sympathy for the sick. If you don’t want your sick family member to be treated like an animal then you Shouldn’t engage them. Very rough, thoughtless bunch of badly trained social workers. Signed by Tan and Broto family
