Crappy place for guys as far as I know. Here's my take: Before going there, I had a two-block cut and decided it didn't suit me. My intention was to blend the crown of my hair into the back and leave the sides overlapping. I paid $35 for a wash and cut but got a result worse than what you can get at the $10 Kcuts store at B2. I told them I wanted a disconnected undercut and even told them what is a disconnected undercut since the hairdresser seemed clueless. I asked them to shave to number 1 and didn't even ask for a fade nor did I tell them to shorten the length of fringe or crown. Sounds easy, right? Well, apparently not for them. There was a major problem that haunted me till now and if it were not for hair wax, I'd be looking like a bigger idiot from what I already am every time I leave my house. The lady, while blending, shaved the left side of my crown too far in (from back to front). This made me look as if some amateur was giving me a normal undercut halfway then got a seizure and died. I am sure she realised this mistake and did not repeat on the right side but it was too late. My hair was already disgustingly uneven. I had to use hair wax to push my fringe to the left side so that I could compensate for the short and also lack of hair there. My hair grows frustratingly slow and I had to wait 3 months for it to still only be at the halfway mark between my hairline and ears. The wash was chill and comfortable but the issue with the cut completely towers over whatever good there was in the wash. I could tell that the hairdresser was most likely a newcomer from looking at how the supervisor is instructing her to attend to me. Honestly, if you are going to charge as much as $35 to your patrons, such a detrimental mistake is completely unacceptable. After the cut, if I am not delusional, I swear I saw the hairdresser smirking at me as if she did this on purpose in order to ruin the next few months of my life. I'd give this place 1/100; a bloody shame.
