  Spent 2 nights there during March 2018 -- cost/night was approx 85 USD (no breakfast). There is a 7-11 store next to the hotel. There is a track stadium at 10 minutes run from the hotel and also a swimming pool. Room was OK. The stay was OK.

  Basic amenities, but clean. TV and shower working well. Only issue was that the room was on the ground floor.

  Modern private budget hotel. 2 hrs $30. But only 3 insufficient park lots.

  Friendly staff. Room was ok for our family of 5. Hard to get a room immediately coz of high toom turnover..if u know what i mean ;) Great place for lulian nearby and prata shop for meals 2 bus stops to Nex shopping centre

  Friendly hotel staffs with great service. Hotel is accessible and only 2 bus stops away from serangoon mrt station. Few restaurants just next to hotel as well as opposite the hotel so getting food is not an issue.
