  The viva hotel is located on Wishart road in a peaceful neighborhood. It is a no frills hotel with clean room and rest room. The road facing rooms are spacious compared to the other rooms. The staff was friendly. A great place for people looking for no-frills hotel.

  Nice. The rooms are small and clean. Staff are friendly and there are bus stops very close by. Unfortunately one night I was kept awake by people bringing prostitutes back to the neighbouring rooms. This really turned me off the place.

  A Hotel that is all train to lie (Staff) ... and with all reason given NO protection for it GUEST.

  Its clean. Not really spacious. Staff is good.

  Front desk staff are usually very warm and welcoming. Rooms however are on the smaller side with simple amenities.
