::Phenomenal products from Germany and Holland, it's expensive, but worth it since you don't get these things anywhere else in Singapore. Service is alright, size of supermarket is a bit small in my opinion.

::Rude and unfriendly lady (the manager?), no hello, thank you, almost angry looking at me. Diairy area almost empty. Very disapointing! Expensive low quality products ("gut und günstig")

::Visited this place to buy quark cheese, could not find it anywhere else in singapore. This place sells only german products. Even the generic products which you could find anywhere else in singapore, are in german version here. But unfortunately, found lot of spices and sauces well past their expiry date still on sale.

::Great amount of western European goods. They are always fresh and they have collected the most popular goods that expats want from their country and put them together in one fantastic store. Don't let the name "German Marketplace" throw you off. The goods sold aren't only German.

::Store owner or assistant has no manners. After transaction, there wasnt a word of thanks. In fact, she had not bothered to acknowledge a local customer throughout. A contrasting attitude with an caucasian customer just before; whom she choose to have a conversation with. The 3 stars was for the range of products. Poor attitude kills any desired shopping experience. Thrown off by preferential treatment. *edit : Another store assistant offered much better and welcoming service, when i went back to get a dairy product not available elsewhere. Fresh organic bread available.
