  Terrible aisle design. Trolley provided but navigation is always blocked. Weird smell at different sections. Some raw food sections are horrendous, especially raw (non-halal) chilled chicken. Take a closer look and tell me if you will really buy without reserve.

  The Giant branches don't have as much stuff as the mega marts like at IMM but there is no long queue at the counter. Parking at Sunshine Place always easy and no waiting.

  24 hours with affordable daily necessities and groceries, if you feel that 7-Eleven is too small for you. There is a Singapore Pool inside the supermarket.

  Giant has very poor customer service. Most of their staff are grumpy, unfriendly and rude! Unsure of their product knowledge. Giant probably is paying their staff too littke money and hence the attitude of the staff are unacceptable. I prefer shopping at Sheng Siong, Prime Mart and NTUC!
