::Hilton hotel establishment is well known for its name. But somehow the interior at the hotel is very old. You will feel like in the 80s feel... Not modern enough. For the hotel rooms, it's ok. I still think if hotel lobby can have a renovation, it will be good to its name

::Went there for a wedding dinner. Positive things to note, staff at lobby were friendly, location wise quite decent. Walking distance to mrt or shopping. Parking lots is limited for such a big place. Quite disappointing especially when attending a wedding dinner and we had to valet. Staff at the dinner were quote shorthanded thus service was quite slow. But overall the food was great!

::Great hotel with plenty of room options. I always prefer a Suite and was able to get upgraded on arrival so very happy. Room has decent views onto Orchard Avenue. Lots of shopping nearby and restaurants if you don’t want to eat in-house. First 2 floors are high-end shops. Rooftop pool is awesome and staff are very focused on customer service which is a nice change. About 30 mins from the Airport and central to everything we need. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Singapore and use their house transport to get picked up from the airport in either a mini-van or Mercedes sedan. Driver in the Mercedes was very accommodating and was waiting for us on arrival so he gets good ratings too. So far no complaints. Very pleased.

::Great lobster and wagyu beef combo dinner with 2 hour unlimited wine and champagne. Price of S$133 for 2 is a steal. Excellent food and great services with profound knowledge of what they offer in menu. Deserved to be praised. Cheers!

::There is absolutely no way that this hotel should be treated 5 stars. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels (in fact I just left the SPG in Bali) and they are always courteous and welcoming to the point of being ridiculous. I love that... that's why I stay at 5 star hotels. No one here has welcomed me (beyond a front desk hello). No one has done anything to be kind. In fact housekeeping hasn't even done there function of renewing basic supplies. I have to hurry out to the hall when I hear them (tossing on a pair of shorts while I'm still half asleep) to ask for missing items. The hotel is old and in desperate need of a remodel. It is small and cramped. The bathroom looks like something from the 70s. None of it looks like the pictures, and I have the upgraded room! I'm on vacation starting at what should be a spectacular hotel, counting down the days until we leave for another locale! If this were a cheap hotel, I might taste it a 3. But at this price point, 2 is being really generous. Hilton... you should be ashamed of yourself! I will never stay here again. Update the next day: Now I've lost all power to the room and was told it was because I used the room provided coffee maker. This place is awful. I couldn't get served by the pool, and after I finally did it to 35 minutes to get my drink. The worst Hilton ever! I am so stressed and this was my vacation.
