  Isetan nex very bad customer service especially the Malay lady in charge of handbags called Rashidah and their other staff. Rude and dishonest. Don't ever buy anything especially handbags Guess from them. Poor quality, Staff rude and do not bother. Their supplier FJ benjamins the two woman in charge of guess adeline teng and Amy her boss are all cheats and hooligans.

  Not as big as the one at Orchard but nonetheless a decent variety of everything you'd typically find in a department store. Good service and easy to get around. The store spans 3 levels.
