  Nice and affordable bubble tea as compared to the more known brands like koi which is just nearby.

  Usually I'm a regular customer at itea at Nex and boon keng outlet. But I guess I won't be going to the Nex outlet anymore. Earlier today, I went to order a black tea macchiato. The woman who is the cashier on duty is really rude. She did not greet nor make a smile (which I do not mind much). When I said my order, she reply, 'Say again ' loudly. After that I restate my order to her. After that, she ask me for any topping. I needed her to repeat as she actually pronounced as 'topic' and I did not understand. She then roll her eyes and glare and pretty much raise her voice by tripled. It is really shocking to see how a employee behave to a customer. With a customer service like that, no wonder people would much rather go to other outlets and other franchise.
