  Ordered an office chair from BMG on Qoo10. Delivery guy by the name of Jay kept changing the delivery timing about 3-4times! First before 3pm, then 15mins and then on the way. In the end we waited the whole day for delivery and he is “still on the way”. Pls don’t make promises you can’t keep, our weekends are precious and I end up waiting around for a delivery man who failed at time management. I the invoice it stated that the delivery was out on 24 April but today is 28 April. BMG is a local Singapore company so I don’t know what went wrong. Poor service, pls hire people who can manage their time better in future and stop wasting our precious weekend. Very frustrating experience.
