  There is a shopping mall near to MRT station named Heartland Mall. You can find most of the daily news thing here so the resident around here should be very comfortable and stress-free;)

  This station next to a small mall, food centre and market. This station also has some retail shops.

  A place which old and new development cross. Feel there is some heritage at least.

  Talking about Kovan as a whole. It has many amenities from shopping,banking,dining tuition, etc. Transportation wise there are mrt trains & public buses, for private transports there are several car parks around Kovan. Up Dated 29/05/2017 (Monday).

  For the past few nites between 2am-5am I hv been receiving messages indicating delays in this line. This is so misleading. There aren't any trains at this time. Ghost trains perhaps.
