  Newstead has a wide range of computers and peripherals for sale. However, I was disappointed with the service standard provided by a staff member, whom I felt was dismissive of my own product research yet was unable to answer my questions. I decided to purchase the same product from Challenger.

  Came to purchase a laptop, and obviously one would enquire about the specifications and differences between the products before deciding. None of the sales persons were interested to approach any of the customers, gave half assed explanations when asked, and most were more interested in using their phones.
