  Best hotel at the other end of Orchard Hotel, there are many shops and restaurants at the first floor of this hotel. There are a wide range of services in the office section of this hotel, you can Visit a body specialist for treatment, or apply for MACS pass to Visit malaysia. You can find cigars and wine at the Oak Cellars as well.

  My room was on 10th floor and had a nice view of the pool. I considered the room size to be decent. Hotel staffs were friendly, I liked the handy phone with free India &USA calling and break fast buffet was so good. Somethings I felt could have been better: Tv channels we're not enough. If I remember correctly, less than 10 channels were accessible. It specially lacked international channels. In room lunch/dinner options were nothing great and I considered the prices (except the Asian menu) on the higher side. It was quite satisfactory when I explored other food options nearby. Overall, it was a good experience staying in the Orchard Parade and I will recommend it to my friends or who ever reads this review.

  Short taxi or train ride to all main attractions. Lots of restaurants close by. Staff amazing! So helpful and respectful of all our needs. Rooms spotless and very comfortable. Adjoining rooms are an option. Buffet breakfast had a lot of choice and good value. Really enjoyed our stay here!

  The location of the hotel is great, just right at the other end of Orchard. Shopping malls are all within walking distance. You can also take the bus down the road. The staffs are all very friendly, I was greeted every morning by the cleaning lady and that was nice. The hotel is a little old, but I was told it's going through renovating work at the moment. Even so, it wasn't a problem for me. The amenities are good enough for me, and I had some good sleep and stay there. Highly recommend if you're just looking for a place to stay around Orchard and doesn't really care much about the amenities.

  The hotel is located at one end of the famous orchard road. This was a major reason for us to stay here however the service and hospitality is sub par. Everyone from bell boys to front desk managers are not very warm in the way they meet and greet you. Not the kind of experience you would like from a big hotel like this one. Rooms and amenities were clean and at par with other hotels in the category. Breakfast area is small and usually full. Also there is very little choice for vegetarians in the buffet. Overall a very average experience. Pricing is also on the average side but the location is great for shoppers. Next time around I would like to experience another hotel.
