::Advantage: Close to NUS. Friendly reception Disadvantage: Rooms very small. Rooms are stinks and very bad odour. House keeping is poor. Small worms in the bathroom. Location is not easy to go shopping. Conclusion: Don't recommend this if you have no where else to stay.
