  Service can be a bit slow but the staff are friendly and polite. I think there should be a self-help area that people can purchase boxes and envelopes on the side with a SAM machine beside, and leave the counter staff to help with the bigger items and collection of packages.

  Service is slow, huge queue and only one assistant serving. Waiting for one hour just to get a parcel. Appaling!

  Standard waiting time of 30mins+ just to collect a parcel. Every. single. time.

  Helpless and useless Chinese staff! Everything Don't know, Don't have, Not sure! Wonder why she was given a job?! She was more interested in selling the 'Chicken essence'! Super long queue slow service waited 30mins just to buy stamp n envelope!

  Queue may be really long at some hours but overall service provided by the staffs were decent. Place is also well air-conditioned.
