The whole team is professional and truly cares for animals. I am glad they took a cue from my furbie who wanted to be let out of the cage to pee (she has this stubbornness as to where she releases herself). The vet on duty updates every morning on the status; this is very impt for anxious and stressed pawrents! I would like to express my appreciation especially to Dr Anushya. She discussed with us (vs telling) about her diagnosis, genuinely cares and I felt as thou she knows my furbie for a long time (when she had only spend a day treating my precious), she was very comforting and engaging. Passionate and truly cares!

Very bad experience with this clinic. Especially with the young Chinese Lady Dr Goh on night duty, big eye with pony tail. All she care is "how much is the charges " "how you gonna make payment"? they tend to focus more the revenue then concern about my dog. My dog did an X-ray & ultrasound report but they refuse to give me the imaging image.

Definitely much more overcharged than other clinics but it is expected because they are opened 24 hours and on ph. However, as worried parents of sick fur babies, I felt the vet somewhat lacked empathy and compassion. She (an Indian doctor) just wanted to get through the drill and finish quickly. Basically it was very โ€œgoing through the motionโ€ and did not help making us feel less worried.
