  Bought a Jersey at that shop for 100-120 SGD. The second time I wore it the zip kept opening from the bottom. As I think this was due to poor quality I asked for a refund which they said they couldnt do as they don't have a refund policy. So returned the shirt via mail. Received an email that they checked the jersey and couldn't find any problems. Still going to send me and replacement. Furthermore they stated in the email how to properly use a zip. After all those years of cycling I finally know how to that. Thank you.
